Storybook School is a nationally accredited facility and the only accredited center in the area.
We are very proud of this accreditation, as it takes a strong and committed team effort, as well as the proper dedication needed to achieve these childcare standards.
Our center is designed and equipped for children from six weeks to 12 years of age.
Storybook’s educational program is developmentally balanced age appropriate curriculum that includes structured and non-structured activities. This helps promote the physical, intellectual, social and emotional skills needed at each stage of development for your child.
Here at Storybook School we provide the highest quality childcare in a secure, loving and safe learning environment for your child. To provide our students with the developmentally necessary tools and information they need to build their bridges to the future as caring citizens committed to excellence.
Storybook School promotes your child’s development through interaction with their peers and teachers. We believe that the children learn best by doing hands on learning, that a child’s work is play, and that children learn best through interactions with the environment. All new experiences contribute to their early development and knowledge of the world. Put your child’s future first and know the difference.
About The Owner
Storybook School believes in promoting early education. As the proud owner of Storybook School I, Arlene Miller, have been a member of FLAEYC (Florida Association of the Education of Young Children). I am also on the board of CFLAEYC, which is the central region of Florida, and have been for seven years.
I am also on the board of A.P.P.L.E., FACAM and have been accredited chairperson for the past several years. I joined these boards in order to “have a voice”, be actively involved and promote the structure of the business.
